A senior lecturer at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) with more than 20 years of experience teaching ICT-related subjects, currently Multimedia System, Motion Graphic and Human–Computer Interaction. An e-learning expert and certified trainer who has conducted 100+ workshops since 2003 for government, industry and community.

I am passionate about helping educators, students, professionals and organisations embrace technology with confidence, creativity and purpose. My expertise lies at the intersection of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Multimedia Education, Educational Technology, Human–Computer Interaction, Creative Media and Digital Innovation.

I design and deliver practical, hands-on training that helps participants use AI tools effectively for teaching, learning, assessment, academic writing, content creation, productivity and professional communication. Through hands-on workshops, consultancy and academic training, I empower participants to apply tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Co-Pilot, Canva AI and AI Agents in practical and impactful ways.

I am available for training programmes, seminars, keynotes, workshops and consultancy related to AI in education, prompt engineering, digital content creation, academic writing and future-ready teaching practices.
