Exploring how emerging technologies can enhance teaching, learning, assessment, academic writing and professional development across higher education, TVET and lifelong learning.
I am particularly interested in exploring how emerging technologies can enhance teaching, learning, assessment, academic writing and professional development in higher education, TVET and lifelong learning contexts.
My work examines the practical use of AI-powered tools, prompt engineering, AI agents, creative media, interactive learning environments and digital content design to support future-ready education. I am also interested in how educators and learners adopt, adapt and integrate these technologies meaningfully into teaching practice, learning activities and institutional transformation.
A key direction of my research is the design of innovative learning experiences using multimedia, gamification, AR/VR/XR, Self-Instructional Materials (SIM), AI-assisted assessment and human-centred digital solutions. I am passionate about developing technology-enhanced approaches that are engaging, inclusive, ethical and aligned with real educational needs.
My research also extends to Human-Computer Interaction, particularly in user experience, usability, learner engagement and the design of interactive systems that support effective communication between humans and technology. Through this multidisciplinary focus, I aim to contribute to research, innovation and practice that empower educators, students and organisations to use technology creatively, responsibly and strategically.
